Today I'll show you how to prepare Nigerian egg fried rice. It is quite similar to the classic Nigerian fried rice but with a little delicious twist

So let's get cooking. Pour the carrot and peas for two minutes, strain and set aside

Heat up the chicken stock until it starts to boil. Then add the chopped onions, curry and garlic powder

garlic powder, stock cube and the barboard rice, then add the salt to taste, mix thoroughly and cook until done

The chicken stalks should be at almost the same level as the rice so that the rice will cook to

without bunting at the bottom. Hit up a little oil and fry the eggs like an omelette then transfer onto a board and cut into squares

Now hit up a little oil, add the carrot, peas, green pepper and the chopped liver or meat of choice

Add curry, garlic, black pepper, stock cube and salt to taste. Stir fry for one minute, then add the eggs and mix thoroughly

Scoop out the mixture, leaving a portion in the pan, then add the cooked rice and stir fry for about two. minutes

You can add a little salt and extra spices if necessary. Then repeat the process for the remaining rice in the pots
