  19. Welldone sis! Pls i need recipes for adding weight pls what can someone do or eat atleast to add more weight?

    1. Hi Micheal, most of the recipes on the website can help you add some weight, but you'll have to change your eating habits and get more rest too.
      1. make sure you eat 3 square meals daily
      2. Eat starchy veggies like potatoes, corn, carrots, peas. Yams and cassava are great with any Nigerian soup.
      3. Take soy milk
      4. Eat your bread with either honey, jam or peanut butter.
      5. For fruits, you can choose high caloric ones like bananas, pineapples, apples. Groundnuts are also great for weight gain.

      Hope this helps :)

  25. Where can I get all those ingredients such as the burger bread, black pepper, and the rest that is not commonly seen in local markets. Pls help

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You can make use of bread rolls in place of burger bread.
And black pepper can be found anywhere that curry or thyme is sold, but if you cant find it, make use of white pepper, they sell them in powdered form.
