Condensed milk toffee is one of my favorite candies. I like how it’s a bit hard on the outside, but gets chewy as you enjoy its milky sweetness.
I loved this toffee as a kid and still do now. Here’s how to make this famous old school Condensed milk toffee.
Be Warned!! It could be very addictive! .

* In a non-stick pan.Melt the butter and add the condensed milk.
If you’re using oil, simply pour into the pan and add the condensed milk.
*  Stir continuously until it starts to bubble a bit and thicken, then add the flavor and keep on stirring.

Hello nikki! Can't wait wait wait it out. I would like to ask; how do I preserve it? Ho long would it stay at room temperature without melting? I am thinking of going into treats making and I might add toffee candy to it.

This is delicious. I didn't have any of the flavorings, so I added real make syrup for flavour. It turned out delicious. The only thing I will do different next time, is use a slightly smaller pan. The one I had was a little too big and I realized that after I started.

Oh, wow! I was looking for a nice simple recipe to use up leftover condensed milk and tried this. I'm so glad I did, they're perfect! I think I cooked the caramel slightly too long as the toffees came out quite hard, but I love them like that so it's no problem anyway! Delicious little things, so chewy and creamy. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Hello Nicky can I use evaporated milk I can’t any condensed milk here

        • May 14, 2020 / 3:36 pm

Hi Whitney, you can use evaporated milk.
But first you have to convert the evaporated milk into condensed milk .
To do that you have to use one cup of evaporated milk and one cup of granulated sugar
Pour the mixture in a pan, put on head and stir continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved
          and the milk is thickened.
Then add the remaining ingredients in the toffee recipe.
Here’s how to make it with powdered milk too https://www.nigerianfoodtv.com/homemade-sweetened-condensed-milk-with/
          hope this helps
