I love your abacha recipe, however the noodles recipe off me. I look forward to not only delicious recipes but healthy ones too. You didn’t parboil the noodles to help remove all the nonsense chemicals used in preserving it. Hope my comment would receive due understanding, thanks.

Hi Obianuju, there is nothing wrong with your comment?
And I pour out the water sometimes because it is a good way to cut down on some of the saturated fats in the noodles
and some of the preservatives as you stated in your comments.
But unfortunately it doesnt make the noodles healthier, as instant noodles is considered unhealthy by many health experts-
I love noodles a lot and one way to make it healthier is by cooking or eating it with healthier accompaniment
I’m glad you commented and hope to hear more from you??

Hiyaaa! It’s so good to have you back. I love your recipes, they help me in the kitchen. I have tried the fruit cake and chin-chin and it was yum. But my favorite is the asun and salad recipe.
The recipe I would like to see in the upcoming post is plantain sauce. I had it with rice one time, it was so tasty and I have longed for it since then.
